Deposit for undergraduate tuition fees

The information on this page relates to Undergraduate international students. For Postgraduate international students, please visit our Postgraduate fees and funding web pages.

Self-Funding Students

All overseas students are required to pay a £4,000 deposit towards your tuition fees or provide evidence of approved acceptable financial sponsorship, regardless of if you require a visa to study in the UK. This advance payment should only be paid after you receive your offer of admission and wish to accept that offer. Tuition fee deposits are refundable under specific circumstances.

You will not be sent a Visa Checklist required to request a CAS statement for a student visa to study in the UK until this payment is received.

For more information on acceptable financial sponsorship and what funds you will need to show to the UKVI for a UK Student Visa please go to www.keele.ac.uk/visa.

Deposit deadlines

The latest date for your deposit to reach us is 30 August 2025, however we recommend that you pay it as soon as possible so that we can move you to the next step of the admissions process.
