Hello, I'm Mick Pender, and I serve as the program lead for the Senior People Professional Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship program is suitable for organizations of all sizes, including small, medium, and large entities across the public, private, and third sectors. In the current climate, organizations are collectively grappling with challenges related to change management and the optimization of their workforce's efficiency.
This program offers a means for individuals to effectively drive change within their organizations, utilizing their staff efficiently and fostering their development and advancement. The advantages of this apprenticeship extend broadly to individuals. On a personal level, it facilitates academic progression and equips people with a diverse skill set, boosting their confidence and self-esteem.
From a career and developmental perspective, it provides a solid foundation in essential skills that are highly relevant in today's labour market. Participants can develop skills in areas such as teamwork, leadership, and time management, among others, benefiting them both personally and professionally.
Our program focuses on imparting apprentices and participants with a strong understanding of key principles and themes in human resource management. Upon completion, apprentices earn an MSC in human resource management, making this course highly responsive to the needs of employers. It not only supports the development of their staff but also allows them to apply the knowledge gained by course participants to enhance their own workplace practices.
