Enrolment and Keele App
There are two stages to your enrolment at the university and it is important that you complete both of these.
First, you will need to enrol online. You will be emailed details of how to log in once your CAS a few months before the start of your CAS or when you are issued your CAS, whichever is the latest.
Once you have completed your online enrolment, you will need to come and meet the ICA team in person to present your passport and travel tickets. At this time we will also ask to see your eVisa. The team can help you with this if you haven’t yet accessed it.
January 2025 in-person enrolment
22 – 24 January from 09:00 to 17:00 in room CBA1.76/77
You will also need to give a sample of your academic writing. This is because we have international students from all over the world with a wide range of different educational backgrounds. The style of academic writing in the UK and at Keele is very specific; the sample of academic writing that you give will give us an idea of whether you need any extra support in this area.
The Language team will be available:
22 – 24 January from 09:00 to 17:00 in CBA1.70/71
Download the Keele App
You will use this app several times a day, so it is important to download it, log in and familiarise yourself with it. You will find your timetable, attendance check-in, absence requests, what’s on guide, campus maps, find a PC on campus, and much more!
