Biography
Dr Lund graduated from the Peninsula School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010 where she also completed an intercalated BSc in Applied Statistics at the University of Plymouth. She undertook foundation training at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro, Cornwall and GP training in the West Suffolk VTS scheme. Alongside this, Jenny gained an MSc in Clinical Trials from the University of London.
Dr Lund joined the Primary Care Unit at Cambridge in 2015, initially as a visiting researcher, then completing an NIHR In-Practice Fellowship. Clinically, Dr Lund works as a salaried GP in a small, semi-rural practice in the Cambridgeshire Fens.
Jenny's PhD focusses on screening for Atrial Fibrillation in primary care, using data from anonymised primary care records from the feasibility trial of the SAFER study.
