Supporting our students
We’re here to support every single student throughout their time at Keele.
If you need to talk to someone, whether it’s about your studies or life outside of them, we have a Student Experience and Support team based within every Faculty, offering one-to-one support and helping you to access any additional support you might need including financial guidance, support for disabilities, specific learning difficulties and long-term health conditions, support around wellbeing and counselling, or accessing our chaplaincy and faith services.
Every Keele student can also access a 24-hour support line through our Student Assistance Programme, offering support for concerns such as stress and anxiety, low mood, family issues, bereavement, financial wellbeing and relationship advice. There is also a pharmacy and Keele Health Centre on our campus.
