What you'll learn
You will study the different concepts and theories that underpin enterprise, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities as well as validation and venture creation tools. The programme will support the advancement of your knowledge of the role of entrepreneurship, enterprise, and innovation within different organisations and business contexts, and further your understanding of sustainability models, so you can focus on becoming a purpose-driven entrepreneur.
How can entrepreneurship and innovation improve sustainable development and change for the better what organisations do and how they do it? Our programme explores this growing need for changing to a more sustainable way of operating and examines the nature, determinants, and consequences of entrepreneurship and innovation. You will enhance your understanding of this excellent tool which aids identifying and producing social value, engaging in social innovation, and challenges traditional management models. The programme brings together current debates and practices in international business and gives you a valuable insight into the different economic, political and technological processes that impact international business activities. By understanding the different theories of enterprise and leadership and applying these to a project to develop market research using Canvas and Lean Start-up methodologies, you’ll begin your journey to producing that highly investable business plan.
Experience first-hand running your own pop-up enterprise, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of planning and managing a real business venture.
